What counts as a Workflow Execution?
An execution is triggered every time your workflow runs. For example, if you have a workflow that runs when a new order is received, receiving 100 orders equals 100 executions.
What happens if I exceed my limits?
Nothing is deleted and nothing is billed by surprise. Your usage against each quota is shown in your workspace. Once a quota is reached, new executions are refused until the next monthly cycle or until you upgrade — your existing workflows and data stay exactly as they are.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Absolutely. For high-volume needs (over 1M executions/month), we offer custom volume discounts and reserved infrastructure. Contact our sales team to learn more.
Do I need my own OpenAI or Anthropic key?
No. Every workspace reaches managed models through our gateway, covered by your plan's monthly AI token allowance. You can still bring your own provider key if you would rather run on your own account.
What happens when I run out of AI tokens?
Agent steps stop running until the next monthly cycle or until you upgrade. The rest of your workflows are unaffected, and AI usage is never billed to you separately.
